Yukon's most Unique Wilderness Lodge is for sale!

The property has been run as an authentic wilderness Lodge for the past 10 years and has fulfilled many a childhood’s dream of the “true wilderness”.

It is ready to go if the new owner would like it to be a business. It is an excellent immigration project but also suited very well to just be rented out to family and friends, with enough accommodation and gathering space for a family reunion. 

Tagish Lake is known for its prime fishing grounds, some of which are right around the corner. An abundance of wildlife with limited hunting in the area make this spot an excellent base for all sorts of hiking, wildlife watching and photography during all seasons. 

The next road with boat launch is only about 15km away, the boat ride about 20-30 minutes.

A floatplane flight from Whitehorse takes 30 minutes.

A large fixed dock, an adjustable floating dock and ramps allow for all-season access and boat mooring.

The buildings are very well taken care of, and the surroundings are kept tidy. A lot of landscaping has been done and there are both a vegetable and flower garden. It has been our home for the past 10 years and we have made it very comfortable and easy to manage both summer and winter. There is a satellite dish already installed as well as VHF Radio and the cell signal can be caught and boosted for inside the main house.

The sun exposed deck with BBQ and lounging furniture is a great place to be on warm summer evenings. There are very little mosquitoes thanks to the deep waters of tagish lake with no swamps or standing water. The gravel paths and landscaped yard help to keep bugs down, so every season can be outdoor season!

Two authentic wall tents by McPherson on dry, insulated platforms can be used as additional guest space, with a private outdoor lounge, installations for an outdoor shower and an in-ground fire pit.
